Edward is a Python library for probabilistic modeling, inference, and criticism. It enables black box inference for models with discrete and continuous latent variables, neural network parameterizations, and infinite dimensional parameter spaces. Local Resolution (ResMap)
ResMap

ResMap is a Python application with a Tkinter GUI. It is a standalone software package for computing the local resolution of 3D density maps studied in structural biology, primarily electron cryo-microscopy (cryo-EM). ResMap works on Mac, Linux, and Windows; it has over 5 000 downloads. install source
